Every raw material and every production process is registered under a batch number. This enables a complete tractability from final product to the raw material and visa-versa. The computerisation of the system enables a detailed and comprehensive documentation of the production.

For the product testing, probes are taken according to the legal requirements set by the government. The analysis conforms to the standardised and validating methods undertaken in accredited Laboratories (e.g. ISO/IEC 17025).

Only after complying with requirements of the GV-SOLAS and meeting the physical, microbiological chemical levels a batch will be released.

All data is correlated so that any statistical trends can be investigated.
