This is also what we expect from our suppliers. A modern production and no compromise approach in the Final Control are further quality aspects involved in the products development.
The manufacture under an integrated QM-System and wide ranging Quality Documentation according to GLP Standards is obligatory.

- ISO 9001:2000
The obligatory QM-System for customer satisfaction and continues improvement; certified since 1996.
- QS
The Quality System for the Food Industry; certified since 2002.
- HACCP
Hazard Analysis and management of Critical Control Points. A very helpful system for the visualisation of process procedures and decision structure; certified since 2002; meanwhile integreated into the QS-Status
- QC
A quality program, which is for the greater part included in the ISO 9001 and GMP+; certified since 2002

The diet production is monitored according to the “Food and Feed Act - LFGB”.
This is strictly control by the authorities.
